Because the automatic hot melt welding machine needs to work in a very harsh environment, and often uses different types of power generation equipment and power sources, and may work with other electronic equipment at the same time, the equipment cannot avoid electrical failures. In the process of using the automatic Butt fusion welding machines, the maintenance of the equipment should be done well.
Electrical equipment maintenance
The connecting plugs and sockets of the heating plate and the control box, and the connection part of the rack signal rack and the rack must be kept dry. Be sure to check whether the touch panel of the computer is damaged, and whether the switch is loose or damaged.
Troubleshooting method:
Common faults of the automatic hot melt electrical system include component aging faults, unexpected faults and man-made faults. The hot plate and milling cutters have the highest aging failure rate; the racks have the highest accidental failure rate; the hot plate milling cutters have the highest man-made failure rate; the failure rate of the control part is relatively accidental damage.
If you suspect that there is a problem with the electrical control of the welding machine, first check whether the input voltage displayed on the input voltmeter is normal. Then carry out other inspections and maintenance.
Circuit troubleshooting:
Use the method of segmented voltage troubleshooting (if the power supply of the power board is abnormal, you need to unplug the power socket first, measure whether the voltage above the connector is normal, then plug in the power board, unplug the output connector of the power board, and measure the socket Whether the voltage is normal, etc.).
Necessary electrical testing and maintenance tools
Use a multimeter
Use a multimeter to measure resistance:
Turn the multimeter to any resistance position, touch the two ends of the object to be measured with two probes, and read directly from the display. If it shows "1", it means the range is too small, so a lot of distance needs to be added after the measurement. Select the appropriate gear according to the reading, and then the final data can be read.
For DC voltage measurement, such as 0-8.5v, 24V, etc., first insert the black probe into the "com" hole and the red probe into the "VΩ". Select the knob to the range greater than the estimated value (note: the value above the dial is the maximum range, "V"-"represents the DC voltage range", "V" represents the AC voltage range, "A represents the current range", and then connect the probe To the two ends of the object to be measured, keep the contact stable. The value can be read directly from the display. If it shows "1", it means the measurement range is too small, so you need to add a lot of ranges before measuring. If the value is "-" appears on the right, it means that the polarity of the probe is opposite to the polarity of the actual power supply, and the red probe is connected to the negative pole.
AC voltage measurement. The probe socket is the same as the DC voltage measurement, but the knob should be set within the range required by the AC gear "V~". There is no difference between positive and negative AC voltage, and the measurement method is the same as the latter. Whether measuring AC voltage or DC voltage, pay attention to personal safety and do not touch the metal part of the probe with your hands.
