1. Pneumatic transmission part

3. electrical part
Touch screen and (programmable) controller, magnetic switch, and electric heating tube. Two parts: heating plate The temperature control system is that the three-phase 380 volt power supply is introduced through the air switch, and the temperature controller controls the on and off of the three-phase solid state relay SSR to supply the heating current of the electric heating tube in the hot plate, and the thermocouple is embedded in the hot plate. Use it as a temperature signal to feed back to the temperature controller to realize the temperature control of the electric heating plate; the temperature controller uses an intelligent way to control the output current of the solid state relay SSR. The circuit of this system is also equipped with two AC ammeters to monitor the on-off and size of the three-phase current. The heating temperature can be preset and adjusted on the temperature controller panel in accordance with the processing temperature requirements of the heating plate.
4. mold and mechanical device part
This part adopts a sliding plate structure, and the heat of the heating plate is transferred to the welding surface of the upper and lower plastic heating elements by the electric heating method. The surface is melted, and then the heating plate is quickly withdrawn. Under the action of 2 cylinders, the upper and lower plastic parts of the plastic part are quickly crimped together, so that the fusion surface after heating is quickly fused and solidified to become one. The whole machine is in the form of a frame, composed of three modules: upper mold fixed positioning structure, lower mold fixed positioning structure, and thermal template integration.
