With the rapid development of China's industry, the shortcomings of domestic forging equipment have become increasingly prominent. Among them, the forging equipment with its own property rights is at a relatively low level, while the forging equipment in developed countries is currently facing a large-scale, high-speed, and modern development. Fast mold, reliable operation, low noise, good protection and high precision. In recent years, CNC systems have been developed, and electronic computers, industrial robots, automatic mold changing systems and automatic warehouses have been developed. Combined, a series of flexible manufacturing cells (FMC) and flexible manufacturing systems (FMS) are formed, and they are connected with the computer integrated manufacturing system (CIMS). In order to occupy as much share as possible on the competitive platform, we urgently need to concentrate on the development of domestic forging equipment.

Hydraulic press is one of the most widely used equipment in product forming. It has developed rapidly since its establishment in the 19th century and has become one of the indispensable equipment in the forging industry. It is a machine tool that uses liquid pressure to transfer energy to achieve various pressure treatment processes. With the application of new processes and technologies, hydraulic presses have become more and more widely used in metal processing and non-metal forming, and their share in the machine tool industry is increasing.

It is suitable for almost all processes that require stamping. At present, it is mainly used in the following fields: 1. Sheet metal stamping and forming process, mainly used for forming metal shells in automobiles, home appliances and other industries. NI: 2 pressure forming of metal mechanical parts, mainly including compression forming, metal profile extrusion forming, hot and cold die forging, free forging and other processing techniques; 3 powder product industry, such as magnetic materials, powder metallurgy, etc.; 4 non-metallic materials, Compression molding, such as SMC molding, automatic compression molding of automotive interior parts, rubber products, etc.; 5 hot pressing of wood products, such as hot pressing of plant fiber boards and profiles; 6 other applications: such as pressing, calibration, plastic sealing, stamping And other processes.

After half a century of development, China's hydraulic press industry has matured in technology and production, and its domestic market share is unmatched by other machine tools. However, compared with professional hydraulic press manufacturing companies in developed countries such as Miller Wanjiadun, Schuler and Kawasaki Oil Works, there is still a big gap. Although our output is very large, our price is only 1/4 to 1/10 of its price. In order to narrow this gap, participate in international competition, and enter the international high-end market, we must not only rely on price advantages, but also put the technical content and quality of the products in the first place, which is the fundamental goal of China's hydraulic machinery industry.
