1. Before welding the roller frame
When using, the roller should be in full contact with the workpiece. It is strictly forbidden to contact the weld or the sharp part. At the same time, when the workpiece is hoisted, it is strictly prohibited to hit the roller to prevent the roller or other parts from being damaged. If the equipment is not fixed, the strong impact may cause the whole Machine subversion.
2, when the welding roller frame starts
Adjust the welding roller frame from low speed to high speed at the start, when changing the steering, the motor can be switched after the motor is stopped, otherwise the motor will be burnt. During operation, it is strictly forbidden to separate the man and the machine, and it is strictly forbidden to stand in the radius of the workpiece.
3. Welding roller frame is in use
In order to ensure the performance of the welding roller frame, the lubricating parts should be added to the transmission parts before use, and the equipment should be filled out for inspection and maintenance records. After using the machine for a period of time, it should be checked regularly and fill in the inspection record form.
4. Check and remove obstacles on the equipment before use, and need to be used and kept by special personnel. Do not touch the oil roller type parts (rubber wheel).
5, welding roller frame power supply
The welding roller frame uses three-phase 380V AC power supply. The power supply line needs to pass the air switch for safe operation. When the equipment is commissioned, turn on the power and press the start button to observe the rotation of the driving wheel. Is the speed adjustment normal? If there is any abnormality, immediately turn off the power, find the cause, and remove the fault before powering on the test machine.
6, working status
The rubber wheel is only suitable for working under normal temperature. In special cases, the workpiece and the rubber wheel are in contact with the high temperature. The high temperature is not allowed to exceed 75 degrees, otherwise the rubber wheel may be damaged.
